Final Manuscript Submission

In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings,

  • your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the IEEE paper template,
  • your Final Manuscript must be VERIFIED to be IEEE XploreŽ compatible,
  • your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by 22 October 2005;
  • your signed Copyright Transfer Form must reach us latest by 22 September 2005 and
  • the author(s) must be registered and payment received by us latest by 01 October 2005.
