Registration
Welcome to the Conference Management System (CMS) Site for the Fifth International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing (ICICS 2005).
In order to participate in ICICS 2005 activities, registration must be made to the conference. At least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers with no additional charges. Each additional paper incurs a fee of US$100 per paper. Each paper is limited to 5 pages, each extra page will incurs a fee of US$60 per page.
Registration payment must be made before Saturday, 1st October 2005; otherwise your paper(s) would not be included in the proceeding.
Early Registration & IEEE Member
Author would benefit an Early Registration rate for each payment received by Thursday, 22nd September 2005.
IEEE members would receive a discount on the ICICS 2005 registrations fees. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number upon registration, and must bring along their current IEEE membership card during registration at the conference.

All payments are in US Dollars (USD) except for Delegates from Thailand who will pay in Thai Baht (BHT).

Items Included in the Registration Fees
Conference registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibition, conference proceedings (CD-ROM), lunches, tea/coffee breaks, conference banquet and all taxes.
Half-day tutorial registration fee includes tutorial notes, tea/coffee breaks and all taxes. Two half-day tutorials registration also includes lunch.
Refund Policy
All registration fees paid are Non Refundable. However, request for refund under exceptional cases will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
