Authors are invited to submit a full paper in the form of an electronic file in PDF format. Full papers should have a maximum of 5 pages in double-column format and use 10 pt Times Roman.

All papers should be submitted online through our Conference Management System (CMS). The CMS will be opened from 02 January 2007 onwards to accept submission of papers.

Students are strongly encourage to submit paper to ICICS 2007. Apart from the Best Student Paper Award, there will also be some financial support for students on a case by case basis. Details of both Best Student Paper Award and Student Financial Support will be announced later.
