Registration
Registration is required in order to participate in the ICICS 2009 conference. At least one author of each paper must register for the conference either as an Early Bird Registration (before 2 October 2009) or as a Standared Registration (after 1 October 2009). Each such registration can cover up to 2 papers of the registering author for inclusion in the Conference Program and Proceedings. The page limit for each paper is 5 pages; the extra page levy is SGD100 or MOP600 per page (up to a maximum of 4 extra pages per paper). An author with more than 2 papers can register up to a maximum of 4 papers by paying an Additional Paper Levy of SGD200 or MOP1200 per additional paper, more than 4 papers cannot be registered by a single author.
Author registration payment must be made by 01 October 2009 for a paper to be included in the Conference Program and Proceedings.
Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member
Author will benefit from an Early Bird Registration rate for each payment received by
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICICS 2009 registrations fees. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form, and must bring along their current IEEE membership card during registration at the conference.

Offline payments by cheque/bank draft are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and online payment by credit card will be charged in Macau Patacas (MOP).

Items Included in the Registration Fees
The Early Bird and Standard conference registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, conference banquet and all taxes. It also includes a copy of the Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM). Only papers covered by an Early Bird or Standard Registration will be included in the Conference Proceedings of ICICS 2009.
Special Student Registration
Participants are eligible for Special Student Registration if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. The Special Student Registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunches and all taxes. It also includes a copy of the Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM). However, student registration under this category will NOT be entitled to attend the Conference Banquet and will NOT be allowed to register any paper. Students must email a scanned copy of their 'student identification card' for verification and are also required to bring along their 'student identification card' to the conference. A student author who wished to register his/her paper must do a full registration (Early Bird or Standard) in order to be allowed to present the paper and for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings of ICICS 2009.
Cancellation Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:
- Request on or before 7 October 2009 - there will be a cancellation charge of 25%.
- Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.
- No refund after 7 October 2009.
Liability and Disclaimer
The registered delegate acknowledges that he/she has no rights to lodge any claims against the ICICS 2009 Organizers should the Conference be hindered or prevented to occur by any unexpected political, economic or pandemic events, or generally by force majeure, or by the non-appearance of scheduled speakers or other reasons that necessitate program changes.
