Visitors to Singapore must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months before the planned departure date to Singapore. Visa requirements are different according to each country*.
* For details on entry visa requirement, please visit the Countries/Regions Requiring Visa page of the Singapore Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority Website.
Participants who require for entry visa should complete their registration payment online first, before sending in their request for Letter of Invitation and/or Form V39A.
To make an online request for Letter of Invitation and/or Form V39A, please login your ICICS 2015 account with your AuthorId, which will be available after you have registered successfully.
Participants can then use the document(s) to apply for the visitor (not business) entry visa from their nearest Singapore Embassy or Consulate Office.
For the list of Embassy or Consulate, please visit the Mission Locator page of the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website.
You should submit your request latest by 16 November 2015 as it takes time for the document to be processed and for you to submit your application to the relevant agency. After this date, it may be too late for the documents to be prepared for you for application submission.
